Guidance

All content of the consultations, as well as applications and personal data, will be treated as strictly confidential.

We are an equality committee and an advisory service for all students, research assistants, professors and employees of the SoWi.

You may wish to contact the equality committee for a variety of reasons, including:

  • experiences of discrimination or unequal treatment
  • uncertainty about how to deal with inappropriate behaviour or stressful situations
  • questions about balancing studies/career and family responsibilities.
  • information on support programmes, scholarships or career development for FINTA individuals
  • desire for a confidential conversation.

Whatever your concern, we are happy to be your first point of contact and, if necessary, refer you to the appropriate Advisory Services at the University of Bamberg.
