Self-care

Between lectures, deadlines and exams, there’s often little time in your daily student life to focus on your own needs. Conscious self-care can help you reduce stress, recharge your batteries, and take better care of yourself in your day-to-day life. Even small, regular moments of self-care can be easily integrated into your daily student life – for example, during study breaks, before exams, or as a way to consciously relax in the evening.

On this page, you’ll find resources, ideas, and inspiration for self-care that can help you strengthen your well-being and find more balance in your studies.
